The following pictures portray "real" people from different eras. Pictures have the ability to SAY alot of things. What message do you receive from each picture? What has changed outside of SOME of the styles? Enjoy!
Lawd (lord) how time has changed. From long skirts to hoochie mama chain gangs. Afro's are coming back skinny jeans, big hair bows, and remake of old songs that still flows.I remember old times like shown above. Not thongs that are shown out of young ladies pants, weave down their backs like it's really her's.Guys leather patent shoes and socks to match were looking good and don't forget the sweaters on their backs. Not gay just style and ready to play.Lawd how time has passed. My my how I love how things were then. I am not saying things were perfect back then. But,they sure seemed grand compared to today's grim. Hard times back then seems so far away. The cops haven't changed much that I can say. But, kids were more like family and wasn't far away. Distant has reared it's ugly head in all aspects such as family separation, on who's got what and so-and- so said.... who gives a f*%*. Here I go off into the distant past bringing up memories that will out last the pits of hate. Can you dig what I'm saying? Can you relate? Lawd how time has changed let me get off this computer before I go insane> I'm not stuck in the past you see. I just like the pictures and what they do to me. Song: Memories in the corners of my mind, distant colored memories and how things use to be... Do you know the song? Well I think that it is time I say good-bye. Lawd how time has changed and how memories does fly...
Very true! I often fantasize on how it would've been to live during those times. Seems as if the youth of those times stood for something so much more powerful. It seems as if the youth of today are so self-absorbed and materialistic. The motto of the youth today seems to be "Me, myself, and I". Oh yeah, LOVE the beautiful flow of your words!
